What sets my way of working apart is a decade plus of solid clinical experience combined with a desire to work from a place of potential rather than pathology. I am a compassionate helping professional who believes in leveraging people’s strengths and resources to help them live the life they’re longing for. I bring the knowledge and experience gained through working with hundreds of people to the table to help you break through outdated self-stories and the ineffective mental, emotional, and somatic states that are keeping you stuck.
